    Evening Wind down Yoga 🧘🏼‍ with Heidi
    Release the tension after a busy day with this slow-paced style class! Calming and balancing for the mind & body, holding postures (asanas) for longer, inspired by Yin style. Some of the benefits are: increased circulation, improved flexibility, stress & anxiety reduction .... and many more 🙂

    What do you need to bring for this class?
    Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
    Towel + Water Bottle
    Recommended :
    Blanket
    Bolster (firm pillow or cushion as an alternative)
    Yoga blocks (2 medium size books as an alternative)
