Vinyasa Yoga is a smooth transition of flowing asanas. You move with your breath from
pose to pose and rarely hold postures for any length of time until the end of class.
This flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration and breath work.
What do you need to bring for this class?
Yoga Mat (thinner one is recommended)
Towel + Water Bottle
Optional: Bolster, Strap, Blocks
If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
