Description:
Stronger 4 Longer is a strength and weight training class focusing on proper technique and progressive overload. You may start using light weights but the aim is to make you reach for heavier weights with confidence at your own pace.
Monday and Tuesday sessions are standing classes working on lower and upper body strength we will use dumbbells, glute bands and long bands to work your entire body.
Friday session is a mat and standing class working on core, back , chest and mobility.
No class is the same but the aim is unchanged making you stronger!
Bring a water bottle and a mat on Friday.
