    As we age, we tend to lose range of movement and that reduces our quality of life and increases our risk of injury by falling. This class is about improving our dynamic posture and balance, nimbleness and flexibility, which are quintessential skills for life-long mobility and joie de vivre.

    Workouts designed for all audiences. If you are like many right now and trying to get fit, strong, and mobile with minimal access to equipment this class Is for you!
