  • Description:

    Sculpt and Stretch is a 60 minute class including a intentional sculpting workout and a grounding and restoritive stretching session. The sculpt part of this class incorporates light weights, pilates inspired floor movements, and deep core work, focusing on concious, isloated movements.

    The stretch section is designed to release tension throughout the body, improve flexibility, support recovery and nervous system regulation.

    This class is adaptable too all levels of fitness, everyone is welcome!
