 Mat Pilates is a pilates based class, focused on strengthening and lengthening form of exercise. It works on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.
 
 
 What do you need to bring for this class?
 Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
 Towel + Water Bottle
 Optional: Blocks, bands
 
 
 If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
