  • Description:

    “If at 30, your spine is stiff and immobile, you are old; if at 90 your spine is supple and strong, you are young.” - Joseph H. Pilates.

    Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

    Participants should bring a towel and a water bottle + yoga mat. A smaller towel is also advised for those who carry their head forward of their shoulders

    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
