  • Description:
    A fusion of Yoga and Pilates to build strength and tone muscles whilst improving flexibility and posture. We will pay attention to our breath to make sure we are present so we can improve our mind/body connection.

    What do you need to bring for this class?
    Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
    Towel + Water Bottle
    Optional: Blocks, bands


    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
