    HIIT THE WEIGHTS is a high-energy, fun-for-all-levels workout where cardio meets strength !
    A dynamic blend of heart-pumping cardio and weight training, finished with a focused core session.
    Fun, challenging and adaptable for every fitness level.  We'll switch between dynamic bursts of cardio to fire up your heart and metabolism, and focused weight/resistance work to build total-body strength. Then we'll cap it off with a solid core blast to centre and stabilise you .  Each block runs for 4 weeks with the same routine, so you can feel your fitness and strength improve week by week.  

    What do you need to bring for this class?
    Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
    Towel + Water Bottle


    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
