Description:
Low impact high intensity workout - interval based! You will be pushed to your own limit for the first 30 mins of the class. But not to worry! You will be guided through a lovely 30 minute stretching sequence to make sure you leave the class feeling relaxed and ready to rest!

Towel + Water Bottle
