A Pilates HIIT class which will focus on our Pilates inspired exercises with a cardio twist to it. We will work on intervals with a short rest in between. Stretches will be added at the end so we leave the class feeling relaxed.

If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
