Are you looking to spice up the start to your weekend?
Gus is teaching a Functional Fitness Group class for 60 mins on Saturday Mornings at 7am!
Each workout will start with a variety of Workout specific warm ups and activations. Once everyone is warmed up, the fun begins. The workouts will be of a higher intensity with a variety of body and free weight exercises suitable for all skill levels, with regressed versions available for each exercise. These workouts are designed for building muscular endurance, practical strength and stability.
If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
