Description:
Full Range is an advanced full-body workout that combines slow mobility flow, cardio HIIT circuits, and deep stretching.
You will move with intention and target all aspects of exercise and recovery.
If you love slow, controlled stretching and mobility but are also a cardio enthusiast, Full Range is made for you!
What do you need to bring for this class?
Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
Towel + Water Bottle
If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
