  • Description:
    We will work every major muscle group including the core. Cardio intervals in between strength exercises will ensure you work up a sweat! Exercise modifications will allow individuals to control the intensity!

    What do you need to bring for this class?
    Yoga Mat
    Towel + Water Bottle

    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
