    A gentle and refreshing flow, all welcome.

    Connect deeply to your breathe, body and self with this simple hatha vinyasa yoga class. Each session incorporates pranayama (breathing practice), asana (physical postures) and a short meditation. Clear and accessible guidance is provided throughout.

    What do you need to bring for this class?

    Yoga Mat and 2 blocks
    Towel + Water Bottle
    Optional: Bolster, Strap


    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
