    1 hour of energising yoga asana flow with Lorna. Connect to your breathe and your body in this simple and invigorating practice, leaving you refreshed and ready for your weekend. Suitable for anyone new to yoga, or those that have an established practice. All welcome.

    What do you need to bring for this class?
    Yoga Mat (thinner one is recommended)
    Towel + Water Bottle
    Optional: Bolster, Strap, Blocks


    If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
