Description:
This class will focus in strengthening and lengthening exercise. It will focuse on core work while also working on full body. We will also work on stretching and conditioning the body!
What do you need to bring for this class?
Yoga Mat (thicker one is recommended)
Towel + Water Bottle
Optional: Blocks, bands
If you have any injuries or need a modification for a move, please talk to your instructor before class begins and let them know of any restrictions. They will be glad to assist you.
