    This 50 minute boxing class combines cardio with boxing foundational skills. Drills will focus on technique, partner pad work, and conditioning. Great way to de-stress at the end of the day!
    The class is suitable for beginners!

    Please bring your own gloves and wraps for the class! We also have few pairs available for sale at the gym

    Few words about Kelly:
    Kelly is an amateur and ex-corporate boxer with experience training both kids and adults. Now a permanent Waiheke resident, Kelly first moved to NZ from Canada in 2016. When not training clients or doing her own training, Kelly is working on finishing a PhD in public health and obesity prevention.
