A 45 minute session that will focus on strengthening these major muscle groups essential for good posture, movement and overall fitness. See this class as an add on to your weekly exercise routine.
Repetition is key for results.
Weights, bands and steps will be used for both standing and mat work. Bring your own mat, glute band will be available but if you'd rather use yours then bring it along.
