Description:
Fitzone presents a non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mitt/bag work, and high intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a great, full-body workout. Boxing is a great way to release stress by punching and kicking your way to an increased fitness level Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominals. Come prepared to sweat!
