Please bring your own mat, props and 2 tennis balls or 2 Myofasacial release balls.
Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release is an opportunity to slow down and calm both the mind and the senses. This class invites you to rest in longer-held poses that gently stretch the connective tissue, incorporate self-massage, stimulate the body’s energy channels, and increase circulation. In Alice’s classes, you can expect a mindful, supportive atmosphere with music and a clear intention toward relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep body awareness.
