Yin Yang Yoga
A class where dynamism meets stillness . Yin Yoga is where poses are passively held for longer encouraging a deep tissue stretch and gentle Yang Yoga is about movement, building heat and enhancing strength. The combination of these two elements in one class provides for a balanced practice. It’s a time to reflect, breathe and simply be.
