Please bring your own mat and props for this class.
Yin yoga is an opportunity to slow down, calm your mind and your senses. Take the time to rest into longer held poses which will stretch your connective tissue, wake up the energy channels in your body and increase circulation. In Alice's classes specifically you will find mindfulness, music and an intention to focus on relaxation and body awareness.
