    Our Saturday morning Yin/Yang class is your opportunity to focus your energy inwards.
    A safe and gentle all-levels class combining a mat based yin practice with a standing flow sequence.
    This class is structured to encourage recovery and detoxification through breath and movement, as well as a gentler approach to some more well known yoga postures.
    A lovely way to reset after a busy week and to allow your body and mind to find moments of calm as you enter your weekend.
