    The perfect blend to finish your week. Starting with a 25 minute spin class where you will improve your fitness and strength, before having the option to stay on for a 25 minute yoga class. The yoga class includes vinyasa flow, hip openers and breath work. Attend just this class, or the full Friday morning to experience the true benefits of this perfect blend of intensity and alignment.
