Please bring your own mat to this class, and blocks and Yoga Straps if you have them.
In this class, we delve deep into the slow-paced, passive, meditative style of Yin Yoga. Poses will be held for three to 6 minutes, targeting the deep connective and fascia tissues, improving the energy flow along the meridian pathways, reducing stress and improving joint mobility. A MyoYin class will be taught every 1st Friday of the month- a combination of Myofascial techniques and Yin Yoga.
