    Please bring your own mat to this class, and blocks and Yoga Straps if you have them.

    This class combines Qigong and Yang flows with Yin Yoga poses to cultivate and move the Chi within us. The long held Yin poses removes stagnation in the myofascial tissues and with the increased Chi flow, we feel more balanced, calm and alive.
