    Please bring your own yoga mat and props for this class.

    An alignment based Hatha class to deepen and expand your practice. Asanas (postures) are practiced at a steady and mindful pace to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Static holds in poses allows for more time and space to connect with the body and breadth. Classes generally begin with Sun Salutations and then postures are sequenced towards a peak pose.
