    Please bring your own yoga mat and props for this class.

    My classes focus on mindful body movement and the breath. In Vinyasa flow, the class includes sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated, backbends, core isolation, strengthening, restorative poses and pranayama: a very complete cocktail to discover this dynamic style of yoga while remaining fully connected to the body. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath in a dynamic way. I love to combine creative sequences and a spirit of playfulness. Classes can also incorporate music. You can expect my classes to be powerful and challenging yet gentle and compassionate with your body. My classes are appropriate for beginners as well as those with an ongoing practice.
