  • Description:
    Please bring your own mat to this class, and blocks and a strap if you have them.

    The class starts with gentle non-hurried Qigong movements work to cultivate and move Chi within and around us. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates physical movements, breath and focused intention to increase your vital energy, or Chi.
    It is then followed by passive long held Yin yoga poses that stimulates and works to remove stagnation in the myofacial tissues and in the meridians.
