    Please bring your own mat to this class, and blocks and Yoga Straps if you have them.

    This Hatha yoga class is practised at a slower pace, with longer holds of the physical postures and a focus on breadth, controlled movements and stretching. Deepen your understanding of the postures and work towards peak postures, developing your connection between body, mind and breadth.
    Suitable for all levels as variations and options will be given.
