This is a slow-paced, quiet, peaceful and grounding practice using sustained passive holds of postures to target the deeper connective tissues, and to connect to our centre. The poses are held for 1 to 5 minutes, with the support of props. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the more dynamic Yang styles of Yoga, and also helps us find more balance in our Yang-like lifestyles.
