Description:
Please bring your own mat to this class.
Based around the principles of traditional Pilates, this class will build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone. This class will focus on building core strength and increasing flexibilty and joint mobility. We will also draw on other complimentary disciplines to add extra variety and challenge.
