Description:
Please bring your own mat for this class, or you can rent one through reception for $5.
The Pilates sytem works the body as a whole and aims to coordinate the upper and lower muscle groups with the centre of the body. This power Pilates class will have dramatic effect on strength & flexibilty, develop concentration, body tone and lengthening, while improving balance and freedom of movement. Please bring your own mat for this class.
