    MVMNT Open Gym Policy

    1. Open Gym Hours & Access
    Open Gym is available from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
    Check our schedule on the MVMNT app for available time slots.
    Members must book their Open Gym sessions in advance.
    2. Eligibility
    Open Gym is available to all active GOLD AND STUDENT memberships only.
    Beginners are encouraged to attend coached classes before using Open Gym independently.
    3. Equipment Use
    Equipment must be returned to its proper place after use.
    Do not drop empty barbells or mishandle equipment.
    If equipment is damaged or faulty, report it to a coach or staff member immediately.
    4. Safety & Training Guidelines
    Train within your ability level—avoid attempting new or high-risk movements without supervision.
    If performing heavy lifts, use spotters or ask a coach for assistance if available.
    Members must warm up and cool down appropriately.
    No open gym training inside the class workout area during scheduled sessions.
    5. Respect & Cleanliness
    Wipe down all equipment and mats after use.
    Be mindful of others—share space and equipment.
    No excessive chalk use—keep the space tidy.
    No loud personal music—wear headphones if needed.
    6. Coaching & Programming
    Open Gym is for independent training—no one-on-one coaching unless booked separately.
    Members can follow their own programming or gym-provided workouts.
    If a coach is available, they may offer guidance but will prioritize class members.
    7. Priority Use & Class Interference
    Classes take priority over Open Gym. If s
