Description:
If you are wanting a full break down on how to perform certain movements, this is the class for you!
This is a mini crash course class one night a week that break down a lot of the movements you will see in the gym everyday. From the basics like air squats, pull-up technique, to running mechanics, as well as the more advanced movements like power/squat cleans and snatches.
Each session will include a breakdown of 1-2 movements that you will most likely see in classes throughout the week.
Limited spaces are available to maximise one on one coaching.
