    Top Ride is our awesome spin class that assimilates the action of road, track and mountain biking and recreates these styles within the unique environment of indoor cycling. One TopRide class will leave you feeling exhausted but gratified. Combined with a backdrop of great music and motivating instructors to lead and inspire you, this is the ultimate ride.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO YOUR CLASS
    You will need comfortable gym gear suitable to cycle in. Cycling shorts and cleat shoes are recommended but not a necessity. Spin bikes with adaptable settings and adjustments are provided. If its your first time attending Top Ride, let the instructor know and they will help you prepare your bike for the best ride. There are 20 bikes in our top Ride studio, so it is a necessity for all attendees to book their seat at reception.
