  • Description:
    Exo Boxing is a boxing specific class built to bring the heart rate up and test your endurance for 45mins. In class you will work with a bag as well as pads making it a high intensity partnered workout. If your new or unfamiliar with boxing come in 10-15mins earlier to run through basics with the instructor. Boxing is a great cardio workout especially after a stressful day. A partnered class makes a workout a whole lot more fun. Boxing can have an empowering effect and when confident can be fulfilling both mentally and physically.

    Equipment Needed
    Make sure to bring your own
    - Boxing Gloves
    - Raps
    - Water Bottle
    - Sweat Towel
    - Latex Gloves
    - Pads (if you can)
