    Step Moves is a great aerobic workout which will get you sweating, but there is more to it than that. It is great exercise for your brain. This is not the class where you can plan your meals for the week. I like to think it as a mindful hour where all you can think about is the next move, your next breath, the next beat… everything else just fades into the background.
    When you are in the zone, step moves leaves you feeling exhilarated. Step Moves is more than just dancing around and back and forth over your step, there is something about a whole group of people moving the same way at the same time which is akin to a mystical experience. That is of course if you get the moves. Otherwise, it can feel frustrating and elusive, but if you keep persevering, that sense of achievement when you finally nail that move is addictive.
    That is why you will find steppers are a passionate bunch, hungry for the next combination.
