    By using an elevated platform, step aerobics gets your heart rate up, increases your fitness and sculpts your butt and legs. Once you get the hang of it, it is also really, really fun!
    Step introis a great workout where the moves are easy to follow with banging hit music, a super friendly class and an instructor who keeps you motivated… Step intro is THE place to start if you are new to step. Please give yourself at least 5 classes to get to grips with how to step and the terminology. Remember to be kind to yourself as you are learning a mad new skill set.
    Step intro is not just for newbies though, it is also a great place to come if you are an experienced stepper; you will be pleasantly surprised at how fun joining lots of easier combos together can be.
