    Maxium Results in Minimum Time! Developed by Radical Fitness, this programme utilises the TRX suspension training straps to work all areas of the body. Athletic cardi movements are performed inbetweem to elevate the heart rate.
    Super easy to follow - anyone can do it as you can choose the level of intensity you want to work at! Only 9 Spaces available in each class to ensure you get to use the TRX for the whole session.
